Casselman the Highland cow
Expertly crafted by Cubbies and embroidered by Brodali, our Highland cow is 12 inches tall and 30cm in a seated position. The embroidery templates can be adjusted to your preferences; just mention it in the designated text box. Remember to approve the design proof, which will be sent via email 2-3 business days after your purchase. Please note, this product does not come with any accessories (such as bows or bow ties), but it does include a beautiful embroidered design. Plus, it is extremely easy to wash for your convenience.
All our orders are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator. All orders ship for 5$ for anywhere in Canada from the Ottawa region.
If your parcel comes back to us because it was not picked up or because we had the wrong address, you will be asked to cover the fees of $10 to reship it.
We will send you by email a preview that MUST be approved before we proceed with the embroidery. It is generally sent within a few days after you placed your order.
You will have the time to check all information to ensure it is correct and if you like the design. Once approved, all changes will incur fees of 15$ or more. Shipping is on you if you need to ship the item back to us for a correction and 10$ will apply to get it shipped back to you.

The highland cow was absolutely adorable, the attention to detail and the proof approval avoided any mistakes being made. They caught that I was missing some information that I included with my other two orders and I was supper grateful. All my orders have always exceeded my expectations and the stitching and stuffed animals are great quality. I love that the products are washable so the little ones can enjoy the keep sake without the pressure of keeping it clean. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to give a very one of a kind, personalized gift.

C’est la première fois que j’achète de cette compagnie et ça ne sera sûrement pas la dernière. Tout est excellent, la Vache Highland très jolie, la broderie impeccable exactement comme je l’ai demandé. J’aime que l’on puisse retirer la housse pour le lavage, c’est très bien fait et très pratique avec un bébé ou de jeunes enfants.
La communication téléphonique avec la propriétaire pour mes demandes spéciales à été très cordiale et professionnelle. Sans compter une livraison super rapide. Donc pour toutes ces bonnes raisons, je recommande cette compagnie sans aucune hésitation! Un gros merci, vous avez fait le bonheur d’une petite fille!
This is my first time buying from this company, and it certainly won't be my last. Everything is excellent, the Highland cow is very cute, and the embroidery is impeccable, exactly as I requested. I love that the cover can be removed for washing, it's very well made and very practical with a baby or young children.
The phone communication with the owner regarding my special requests was very friendly and professional. Not to mention the super-fast delivery. For all these good reasons, I recommend this company without hesitation! A big thank you, you made a little girl very happy!

This company was really easy to work with in customizing a design (and I was pretty particular about it). They made and shipped the stuffed animal quickly and the final product turned out great!

My Highland cow was perfect, the staff at brodali were very kind & friendly, they had fast response time on emails and great communication, I was able to have everything I wanted on my Highland cow, and it was amazing to see it in person. A great size for a stuffed animal, would definitely order from there again
